Hybrid Model
Do you already have a formula, packaging, or your own suppliers? We integrate ready-made project elements with our technological infrastructure. We can take on production only, testing only, documentation only, filling only, or any custom-configured scope of cooperation.
Accelerated Implementation
If the formula, raw materials, and packaging are ready, we launch the project in the shortest possible time. A dedicated delivery schedule and priority process organization allow the product to be efficiently prepared for market launch.
Technology that guarantees production repeatability
A modern machine park, built on Urliński-brand machines, our own laboratory facilities, and the Scale-up process allow us to maintain full formula compliance at every stage of production. Through control of the technological process, we ensure the repeatability of every batch – from the first laboratory trial to large-scale production.
Technological Scale-up
The Scale-up process enables the safe transfer of a formula from the laboratory to industrial production while preserving the product's key parameters. As a result, the finished product retains the same properties regardless of batch size.
Flexible Batch Size
Mixers with a capacity of 30 to 1,000 kg enable both short implementation and pilot runs as well as large-scale production. This allows a brand to grow without having to change technology as production scale increases.
Laboratory Facilities and Quality Control
The R&D team, physicochemical laboratory, and quality control department support the production process at every stage of project execution. Close cooperation between teams ensures ongoing process verification and compliance of every batch with the developed formula and quality requirements.
