CEO and Co-Founder of MG Evolution®, with over 20 years of experience in brand development, science, and the beauty industry. Dr Gortat‑Stanisławska's lectures focus on the creation and growth of cosmetic brands.
An expert in cosmetic bioengineering with extensive academic and industrial experience. He serves as a reviewer for research projects funded by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR), the Medical Research Agency (ABM), the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), and the Foundation for Polish Science. Professor Wilczyński’s lectures explore innovation and scientific research in cosmetology, as well as provide expert mentoring in cosmetic bioengineering. His approach combines strategic project development with the practical implementation of groundbreaking solutions in modern cosmetics.
R&D Department – From Concept to Production
Workshops and lectures conducted by our R&D team cover the full scope of product development - from concept creation and assessment of technical team capabilities to serial production in compliance with current standards and regulations.
The program focuses on end-to-end cosmetic product development: evaluating R&D team competencies, designing and scaling formulations, and implementing them according to ISO and GMP standards.
